Thank you for the speedy response. I'm not trying to get something for nothing because developers and coders need to make a living. An I can see where you would want the business model of allowing a la carte effects purchase. I just don't think I should have to pay twice for the same effects. I will see how Apple handles my request.

It is for reasons like this that I prefer try then buy apps. 30 seconds with the old ishred and I woulda known and then gladly pay for the extra effect in ishred live. Meanwhile you should figure out how to allow your customers to use effects on multiple apps.

So far I am liking the LiVE version - just bumming when I get to play all the effects virtually while my Les Paul lays idly by.

I bought ishred: guitar + effects thinking it was the "full" version of ishred live but found I could not play my guitar with the paid version. Now the free version is asking me to purchase all those effects and recording capabilities all over again, a la carte. Is there a way to get ishred live to recognize the other effects?

As a guitarist, my objective from start was to plug in and actually play, not use a virtual guitar. It wasn't until I had my interface cable that I discovered that ishred guitar + effects is virtual only
