Topic: Export to midi

Hi, I don't own any of the products. They look cool - especially beat studio, but they'd only be viable for me if you could export midi so you could sketch an idea on the iPad and then take it to your daw for  further work. Plus full audio copy and paste (eg import a track into beat studio, lay a beat on it, take the mix into piano studio, add piano etc.) between all the apps. From what I can tell this isn't possible yet so I'd like to suggest it as a feature request. Thanks.

Hi,

Well, you really ought to pick up an app or two! ":^)

PianoStudio is the only app that has a midi export right now. All of our major music apps support audio copy/paste.

Both iShred and GuitarStudio support MIDI export now (although the function is somewhat hidden).
