I've been trying to buy new effects since I got my griffin GUITAR CONNECT and it keeps saying

We haven't heard of anyone else having difficulty purchasing lately. A few weeks ago someone was having a hard time and they found that a power cycle of the device fixed things up.
Let us know what's up and if that fixes it or not.

In iShred LIVE? I just searched and that phrase isn't anywhere in the app. Maybe it's from somewhere else? Could you take a screenshot and send it to support @ frontierdesign . com?
