As far as I understand, Harrison Mixbus (Ardour open source DAW) needs a controller that can work under the Logic Protocol.

Is this the Logic mode on the Alphatrack Manager?

Have anyone been able to make an Alpharack work with Mixbus?

Maybe you guys from Frontier can help me figure this one out!

Now when you make a post or start a new topic two things will happen:
1) it will ask a question after you post to try and verify you are human
2) the post/topic will then go into limbo while it awaits moderation

We try to check the forum regularly and will approve (and answer!) your post as quickly as possible.

I understand that the FLIP function can swap what ever function is assigned to the rotary encoders over to the fader... but it wasn't clear from the what I've read if the rotary encoders can be set up to send CC11 ?

I'm using Logic 9.2 and would love to buy one for use as a realtime expression controller with various orchestral sample libraries that rely on the mod wheel being used for other controll data ( East West Hollywood Strings )

Any words of Wisdom ?
