Hi cjohnson,

What kind of computer are you using your TranzPort with? Does the TranzPort manager say 'TranzPort not available'?

If you go to Cubase's components folder what version of AlphaTrack plug-in do you have there?

I've installed the latest version of Tranzport. After install, I use Tranzport and it works fine. If I close out of Cubase, I lose the ability to use Tranzport. If I open the Tranzport manager, you don't have the ability to select Native or Mackie Cubase control - the selector is greyed out. I need to re-install the Tranzport program for it to work again. Any ideas?
