Well, the alphatrack has been returned and I have purchased another company’s product. Thanks for nothing frontier designs...
I‘m having trouble getting replies as well. I‘m returning my AT and buying a product from a company that doesn't leave it's customers hanging. Drag though... it was exactly what I needed

I can`t even get a followup on my emails... :(
...and now the fader will not follow what is happening on screen or when I move a fader with the mouse...
I just received my Alphatrack and love it except for the fact that I can't get it back to track control mode once I use the left encoder to switch to bus control. (the AT doesn't follow bus selection using the mouse either- but does in track mode) I have installed/uninstalled/reinstalled three times now. Any ideas?
