hi all !
i just received my unit... but it's broken ! (the first time i press the shift button, it stayed pressed and the jog shuttle ribbon get a problem, but the packet was not damaged) How do i handle this ? Do i send back the unit to the seller or to frontier design ?

I'd first try and return the AlphaTrack from the dealer you purchased it from and get a replacement AlphaTrack. Otherwise, I'd contact support@frontierdesign.com and have them repair it.
